By accessing or using the Freedom Sound Solutions website and submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by the following simple terms and conditions.

1. Booking Inquiries

Submitting a "Booking Request" form through our website constitutes an inquiry for services; it does not guarantee availability or create a legally binding contract. A booking is only considered confirmed once our team has verified availability, discussed the event details with you, and both parties have agreed to the service terms.

2. Payments and Fees

As stated on our pricing page, payment will be arranged directly with you once your event is booked and confirmed. Freedom Sound Solutions reserves the right to charge additional fees as outlined in our pricing structure, including but not limited to overtime fees (applied for service beyond the included 4 hours) and mileage fees (applied for travel outside of Jefferson County, Indiana).

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide a flawless entertainment experience, Freedom Sound Solutions is not liable for disruptions caused by factors entirely outside of our control, such as severe weather, sudden venue power outages, or unsafe operating conditions.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
